Terms and Conditions of Sale

1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all bookings made on the site WWW.DREAMY-FLAT-LYON.FR, offering short-term furnished apartment rentals. By booking accommodation on our website or on a partner platform, you expressly and unconditionally accept these terms and conditions.
2 – Booking and Payment
Bookings become effective upon receipt of full payment for the stay. Any booking not fully paid may be cancelled without prior notice. All prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes), unless otherwise indicated.
3 – Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email or registered mail). All bookings are final and non-refundable.
4 – Rescheduling Your Stay
You may reschedule your stay once, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply depending on the new dates selected.
5 – Check-in and Check-out
The accommodation is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is not possible, ensuring that our cleaning staff can properly prepare the apartment. Any delay in vacating the premises may result in an additional night's charge.
6 – Late Arrivals After 11:00 PM
Check-ins after 11:00 PM are possible. However, in case of any issues accessing the property after this time, we will not be able to assist you and cannot be held responsible if you fail to gain access.
7 – Use of the Premises
The guest agrees to use the premises peacefully, according to their intended purpose, and to respect the neighborhood. Any disturbance or nuisance to neighbors may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund or compensation.
8 – Security Deposit
A security deposit of €300 (unless otherwise specified in the listing) will be required before arrival. This deposit will be returned within a maximum of 7 days after departure, provided that the apartment is left in satisfactory condition with no damages or losses noted.
9 – Identity Verification
Identity verification is mandatory before accessing the accommodation. You will be required to provide a selfie photo along with a valid official ID (identity card, passport, or driver's license). Without this verification, access may be denied.
10 – Payment Method Verification
A verification of your payment method will also be conducted before you access the accommodation. You will be asked for a selfie photo with the payment method used. If you use a virtual card, a selfie with the physical card linked to your bank account will be required.
11 – Sending Arrival Instructions
Arrival instructions and necessary access codes/keys will only be sent after the complete check-in process has been finalized. This process includes:
- Airbnb: signing the rental agreement.
- Booking and other platforms: identity verification, payment method verification, signing the rental agreement, and security deposit.
If these procedures are not fully completed, we reserve the right to deny access to the accommodation and cancel the reservation without refund.
12 – Guest Support
Our guest support service is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM by telephone and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM via messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, platform messaging services). Requests made outside these hours cannot be accommodated.
13 – Liability
WWW.DREAMY-FLAT-LYON.FR declines all liability for theft, loss, or damage to the guest’s personal belongings during the stay. Once the guest takes possession of the premises, responsibility for any damages is transferred to the guest. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or accompanying individuals during their stay.
14 – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of any dispute relating to their execution, interpretation, or application, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts located where the accommodation is situated.
15 – Archiving and Proof
WWW.DREAMY-FLAT-LYON.FR will archive rental agreements and issued invoices on reliable and durable media, constituting a faithful copy in accordance with current legislation. These documents will serve as proof between the parties in the event of a dispute.
